We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective plastic films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Do Monterey watches come with a warranty?

Yes, every Monterey timepiece is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.

Are your watches water-resistant?

Most of our collections are water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters), making them safe for daily use and light swimming. Please check the specific product page for the depth rating of your model.

How do I adjust my watch strap?

Our metal link bracelets include a sizing tool with every order. For leather or NATO straps, the quick-release pins allow you to swap or adjust your style in seconds without extra tools.
